You and your true to life music and lyrics have gotten me through some of the toughest times in my life, as well as joined me on the swells of joy I have also experienced. I hope that by wearing one of these pink bracelets I can help in even a tiny way. Good luck to you, and may you and your family find the strength needed in such an event. Bless you!

Melissa,
I adore your music, you are so lucky to be so talented!!
However, Cancer hates all of us. I am a recovering breast cancer survivor. I did the surgery in 2/02 & 6 mo chemo ending 9/02.
I WILL continue to pray for you. I found some wonderful tools to help me before/during/after cancer:
(1)food driven glyconutriential products (2)champion juicer (3)read list on nutrition, including Dr Hulga Clark & Dr Royal Rife(4)used/using Royal Rife Technology on experiments with frequency machine.
If you are curious, I will email you some information & my personal breast cancer books read list that I complied while researching breast cancer.
Melissa, do some research, Dr. do NOT tell you everything. For example, they don't tell you the REAL risk of your heart damage to appear when you are older!!, if you do the "push" method of chemo.
I could not stand wearing the wigs, I wore scarfs, you are welcome to my collection of about 10.
Beat the hell out of your cancer by being pro-active, I am and I have benefited from it.
When my finances recover from my medical bills, I plan to try to buy some concert tickets when you come play in Austin, TX !!
I am here as a resource for you too!!
See you soon???

Melissa,
I am a breast cancer survivor..7 years this July. Ups and downs, yes, but I'm still here. I've enjoyed many of your concerts-the last one in Richmond with John Eddy in the mud. I know first hand what it's like to be without hair.
You have guts..and grit and that's what it takes.
Hang in there
I'm always available to chat.

Melissa
I am a breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed when I was 27 with stage 2 Her-2 positive tumor breast cancer. I found a lump when I was 8 months pregnant. I had a lumpectamy, followed by bilateral masectamies, chemo for 8 months and I am on a study protocal for HERCEPTIN, which I go every week for a year. I will be done in July 2005. Last week I was at a checkup and the Dr. found another lump. I am scared to death. I still can't feel my fingertips from neruopathy. I don't want to be faced with this disease again. Please keep me in your prayers and give me the courage to beat this. I am now 29 and my baby is a godsend, she is my little angel. I hope you are well. Melissa,
I am a breast cancer survivor - it will be 7 years Nov 2006. This disease puts on you on a roller coaster ride no one wants to experience. However, I want to tell you that there is an inner strength and faith that pulls you through. The support of family, friends and fellow breast cancer survivors are invaluable. My family wears your bracelet proudly. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
