We have had a great time this tuesday morning in Paris (France) shooting a video interview with the legendary Christopher Cross. In a cool atmosphere of a famous Hotel closed to Montmartre, Christopher has kindly answered to our questions.

Like you probably know, for the first time in 10 years, Christopher Cross has just released a new studio album "The Café Carlyle Sessions" (on Edel Records all over Europe). This LP is a Greatest Hits CD of 15 amazing songs of Christopher like "Never Be The Same", "Swept Away", "Arthur's Theme", "Ride Like The Wind", "Sailing"... In a jazzy and Soft mood with new arrangements. A strong and passionate LP for everybody who loves Soft Rock and Westcoast Music. The album is produced by Chris Walden in an acoustic vein. Peter Mayer: Moonlight Over Paris live for you!

Once in a time, there is a dream... You live your dream. This past sunday in his hotel room in Paris (closed to the Champs-Elysees avenue), Peter Mayer has offered us and above all you, an interview (see below) but before starting his interview, Peter Mayer has offered an amazing great gift: a new acoustic version of "Moonlight Over Paris" a song from the first and only P.M. album back from the 80s.

This song is about Paris... And the Moonlight Over Paris... So here it is as Peter Mayer, a music angel in this world has kindly offered you shot live with his acoustic guitar... What an incredible talent!

And we hope that Peter will be able to perform live in Paris very soon again. He has not played in France as a solo artist or with his own band since 1997!

Chicago concert in Paris (Casino de Paris): pictures and soon video interviews

The concert of the band Chicago on July 29, 2008 at the Casino de Paris, Paris, France was quite exceptional although James Pankow and Walter Parazaider weren't in the band for this European tour (Nick Lane and Ray Hermann replaced them). In The Casino de Paris, the concert was sold out with a real great ambiance and a lot of blasts from the past as well as more recent material (80s, 90s and the latest years). More than 135 minutes for a great gig. Let's imagine Chicago hasn't played live in Paris since 1976!! The audience was fabulous and quite expressive!

Musicians Jackson Browne, Graham Nash, Bonnie Raitt as well as a growing list of concerned citizens (more than 120 000 persons) in signing a petition to Congress that will stop a pending bailout of the nuclear power industry : "Tell Congress that nuclear power is not a “clean alternative” and has no place in an Energy Bill that seeks to expand the role of truly safe and reliable renewable energy from wind, solar, bio-fuels, geothermal and other green technologies" they say... They also say nuclear power is not the answer.

For this, they have created a website: NukeFree and also a blog and have recorded a music video.

Like in 1979, would John Hall (now a Congressman) and Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Browne and Graham Nash organize five nights of concerts at Madison Square Garden, an anti-nuke rally with 200,000 people ?
