Bourgeois Tagg is playing again Yo-Yo

Originally released in 1987, and featuring "I Don't Mind at All" hit single, "Yoyo" album from Bourgeois Tagg (Brent Bourgeois-Larry Tagg duet) will be re-released on January 13 in The States on Lemon Records.
Produced by Todd Rundgren, this funny record features collaborations of Ian Matthews and Lyle Workman.
Now Brent Bourgeois works as a producer and solo artist for the Contemporary Christian Music scene.

The Christmas Time of Michael Franks

Michael Franks has just released Watching The Snow, a complete album of 10 original winter songs with a portion of the proceeds to benefit HUA (Hearts United for Animals).
For this one, he has collaborated with his musical director Charles Blenzig and Sammy Cahn (as a songwriter).
ADLIB, the Japanese music magazine has elected "Watching The Snow" as Best Album of the Year in the Pop/Rock category.


Radio Bruce Hornsby

The release of "The Greatest Radio Hits" of Bruce Hornsby is scheduled for January 13, 2004. It will be only one CD with one previously unreleased recording of "Go Back To Your Woods" (Robbie Robertson/Bruce Hornsby). The songs "End of the innocence" (co-written for Don Henley) and "Jacob's Ladder" will be presented as new versions too.

Brenda Russell new album ready to go for 2004

According to Brenda Russell website, there will be a new Brenda album in 2004 to be released on UK Dome Records label. She is working on it writing and recording in Los Angeles and London. This album will feature the song "It's A Jazz Day" (already on her latest compilation CD) and collaborations with English writers and producers Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick of Incognito, Simon Law (Soul II Soul) and Victor Redwood-Sawyer (Hil St. Soul).

Marilyn Scott's new album is just completed! The record is produced by George Duke. Some musician friends will be featured on it. Ready to release early next year.


Peter Mayer live on the Web

Check out Peter Mayer and his band concert recorded in Nashville, TN, on December 20, 2003: "Stars and Promises" with some cool musicians and surprise guest musicians (Mac McAnally and Suzy Bogguss among others) on Jimmy Buffet's radiostation Radio Margaritaville (live online too!) on Christmas Eve at 7:30am, 3:30pm and 11:30pm, and also Christmas Day (all times Eastern).
