David Paich, famous composer and singer for Toto now works for a new project: Movies Rock on CBS in the USA that will be broadcasted December 2007. Movies Rock 2007 on CBS is a Conde Nast production in which David Paich is the musical coordinator. The goal: artists will do covers of some of the biggest hits in movie history.

The first edition of Movies Rock 2007 will feature: Marc Anthony, Tonny Bennett, Beyoncé, Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown, Fergie, Jennifer Hudson, Queen Latifah, John Legend, Jennifer Lopez, Nelly, LeAnn Rimes, Carrie Underwood, Usher, Will.i.am...

David Paich is a member of Toto although he is not touring again with the band. David Paich has recently done a trip in China where he has worked for composing a music theme for the Beijing Olympic Games 2008. Toto has a new double live CD out entitled "Falling In Between Live" recorded live in Paris back in 2007. The DVD version of this concert will be released in early 2008 (on Eagle Vision).
