Flamedown is a new "AOR/Westcoast" band formed in 2009 by session musicians Charlie Giardina (Hardway) on bass, vocals and programming; Javier Vinas on guitar; and Emiliano Gimenez on drums and percussion. Some of the band's main influences are Toto, Journey, Chicago and Mr. Mister.

Flamedown released a four track E.P. back in 2010, featuring renowned guitarist Bruce Gaitsch as a guest musician. The trio has now been signed by Argentinian label Eternal Sunday Records and their debut album is out now. It will also be digitally released via the usual outlets.
